Mayako Community

マヤコ Mayako has a fresh approach, with a membership program allowing for behind the scenes access for car development, prototype parts and first hand information. 

All Mayako customers are part of the Mayako Community but we also have the Mayako Performance Community (MPC) for customers who want more including pricing benefits. 

MPC Members is for those who want to be involved in the development of the car and the brand; seeing behind the scenes information normally only reserved for Factory drivers.

Anyone can purchase the MPC Annual Membership and instantly receive benefits. For more details go to Mayako Performance Community – Mayako 

All Mayako customers are encouraged to join the Mayako Discord Community. This is where technical support is available 24/7, either from Mayako staff or the Community. This can be both text channels or video chats via the dedicated channels.

If you have any issues or need assistance while trackside, the Community will be there to help you in real time!

When signing up for MPC Membership, customers are encouraged to fill out the “Discord Name” box to gain the correct access on the Mayako Discord Server. If your Discord name changes, please also change this on your International Store account.

Members gain access to more channels, giving areas to discuss “behind the Scenes” topics such as car or brand development. This is also an area where Mayako provide the invites for the Monthly MPC Zoom meetings; with discussions on upcoming projects, detailed technical discussions and Q&As. All recorded MPC meetings are uploaded to the MPC playlist for rewatch at your leisure, with a dedicated page on the Mayako Wiki.

The Discord is a great place for discussions and getting to know the Community, but when storing information, a different format was needed.

The Mayako Wiki page is a community driven knowledge base provided to collect information within one easy to use area for all Mayako users.
