Refund policy

What products can be returned?
All products purchased from Capital RC store can be returned if in original Condition of purchase. No open bags or Boxes accepted. 

Full refunds including shipping costs will be available for all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

Period that returns are accepted?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

What if you receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, Capital RC will either send the correct item or refund your purchase. If required Capital RC will pay the shipping cost to return wrong item.

How do customers return items?

  1. To start a return, contact us at sales@capitalrc.com.au and provide a description of why you need to return the product and a photo.
      
  2. Capital RC will assess the return and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. All products must be sent via Australia Post. We are open Monday to Friday and will accept delivery from 7.30am to 5.30pm

Shipping costs for returns?
For all goods with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law shipping costs will be refunded and;

In all other cases the original shipping costs are not refundable, the customer is required to cover the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
First contact us at sales@capitalrc.com.au and arrange to return the item (return shipping costs for exchanges are the customers responsibility), once the item is received and the return is accepted, we will provide store credit to your Capital RC account for the returned item only (original shipping cost is not credited), and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds / Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

You also have the choice of accepting store credit which will be credited to your Capital RC customer account to use in store.
