Capital RC uses Australia Post and we aim to deliver our products to you based on the delivery time frames below.

How long will it take to get my package?

Standard Parcel - Australia Post

  • Same state: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Parcel - Australia Post

  • Same state: 1-2+ business days
  • Interstate: 1-3+ business days

Once your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

We offer free delivery to races held at the Canberra Off Road Model Car Club (CORMCC) located at Kyeema St, Narrabunda, A.C.T.

Free Trackside Delivery

We will deliver your order at next scheduled CORMCC race event as per the race calendar (Click here for details on dates) free of charge.

Items that are not collected by the customer at the schedule race after the order & payment is received, it can be collected at the next scheduled race.

Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost is calculated based on Australia Post standard or express parcel post rates including packaging.

How do I know that you’ve received my order?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email as soon as we’ve received your order. If you do not get one, get in touch via email.

Will I be notified when my order has been dispatched?

Yes, we'll send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched along with a tracking link.

What can I do if I haven’t received my order yet?

If you haven't received your parcel within ten working days of ordering, please reach out via email @ sales@capitalrc.com.au. Make sure you provide your order number so we can quickly assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm AEST.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.

What if my package is damaged?

In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods, we'll work with you to determine if the product was faulty, packaged incorrectly or handled incorrectly. Each case may take some days to determine the outcome, but in every case, we are determined to work towards an amicable outcome. 

Packages are not insured through Australia Post.
